Ascension symptoms continue to increase especially for the Lightworkers/Starseeds who, as part of their service, are transducers of the higher vibrations showering our planet.

Currently for me, I'm experiencing stomach/digestive symptoms. For the past 6 or 7 years I have experienced IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Sheldan and I have become gluten-free (almost 100% sometimes we falter when eating in restaurants); we are vegetarians; we drink Kangan (ph) water; we are conscious about sugar intake. And still, we are being asked to refine our diets once again. We have to laugh.

SYNCHRONICITY

I received an article on the healing powers of lemons. I was drawn to read it even though I already know a lot about the benefits of lemons. That night, as I was talking with Sheldan, Amatura, our Sirian med team member, came in to tell me to drink the juice of one lemon in water three times a day for the next 7-10 days. Why? Because I have a little bacteria in my intestinal tract and this will neutralize it, heal my stomach/intestinal tract and correct the IBS. I was just getting over the stomach flu so my tummy was sensitive. The first two days of taking the lemon juice with water, I did not feel well. I was detoxing. Today is my third day and I am beginning to feel better but still feel like something is being "killed off" inside of me. Good news! I haven't experienced any IBS in three days~~Yippee! Can it be this easy? I'm so grateful that this is my time to heal my stomach/intestinal tract. And lemons taste good too!

"It was a long tour. It’s a big ship.

A literal flying city. Sorry I didn’t report back sooner. I was exhausted. The amount of wondrous things I saw and all the information I learned can really tire one out. Anyway only a small number of folks were actually picked up. 25 that I counted personally. It was told to us that Mr Beckow and a lot of others could not be picked up at this time due to the fact that Mr Beckow made all of this too public.

It was supposed to be a behind the scenes first step. But with all the attention on Mr Beckow it was almost impossible for them to retrieve him and most of the others as there were safety concerns. We were told that Mr Beckow and others were put under surveillance after all this becoming so public against the wishes of those on the Neptune. But they said they do appreciate all the work he has done and he will be contacted personally at the first possible time when it is safe.

He made his decision based on what people were writing. As more people favoured him to stay the decision based on one comment about integrity was why he chose to leave. He thinks he hurt a minority of people and that ways for him as heavy as all in favour for him to stay.

I wish Steve the best as it is his decision. I had sent him an e-mail to get on with it. As in everything you do or say always there will be some people having judgement or criticism or play the drama cards of ego, false promises, integrity, etc.. Ego identifies who we are. It separates and makes us feel special regarding our accomplishments. It can be vain concerning how we appear or what we have that allows us to compete with others. It provides that mental edge – that secure feeling that keeps us from experiencing fear resulting from how small we really are in human form.

Think back to all those times you might have built yourself up by comparing yourself favorably to others and putting them down. Ego works that way. It needs others who are “separate” to compare itself with.

When we advance on the spiritual path and start realizing who we are on a higher level we don’t compare ourselves to other ascended beings. We don’t think “because I do this or have that realization I’m more ‘ascended’ than St. Germain or Lady Master Nada.“ It would certainly be silly to compare ourselves in a way that promotes lower vibrational separateness. I figured I would not be the only one who had been made aware of this whole thing happening and had my own opinion as to the realities of it, and so I set myself to keep my blog updated on this matter, with help from Konstantinos that was and is much appreciated. Much discussion took place between my fiance and I about whether or not this whole thing as real, and we also read and enjoyed the discussion coming forth on the internet about it. Much backlash has been aimed specifically at Linda Dillon, with many making the claims that she is receiving distorted information, that she has been speaking to ‘scary dark astral entities!’ all along who were out to deceive, and that she herself is out to deceive and only make money." forts.

"Several days ago, I was standing at my sink doing dishes, just pondering the vast amount of understanding coming in. Out of the clear blue (smile) I hear a conversation taking place. Nothing in particular being said in the conversation, but what struck me were the accents I was hearing. Some I recognized as that lovely British song of words, others, I had no clue. But surely, there was a bunch of foreigners in my home talking!

I surely don’t “think” in multi-accents, none of my team does either. So where on earth was this coming from? I looked around the house and spotted the jouful culprits… the rocks!!

I have all the incoming rocks set up near my personal reflecting pool in the house… my TV… until the weather warms up enough to do yard work. They are all talking to each other, getting to know one another and are excited about this venture as we are!

I truly laughed out loud when I realized it. Rocks have “homeland” accents just like the people I read for do. How awe struck I was/am. How wonderfully incredible that they are actually talking to one another ... in excitement!!" forts.

"After plans to have members of our planet’s citizenry embark on a 10 day field trip to the stars as guests of the mother ship Neptune have fallen through, many people have aligned our Earthen organizer Steve Beckow within their sites, either prepared to pull the trigger that he was duped, or that this was all somehow his fault that this trip did not materialize. To blame Steve Beckow in any way, shape or form for the postponement of this trip is akin to holding Moses accountable for the 10 Commandments. There are the naysayers who will point to certain aspects of these communications which to them appear questionable, but even some parts of tablets Moses crated down from the top of Mount Sinai do not appear to make much sense either. Does anyone else feel the parts about not coveting thy neighbors goods or wife sound more to you like a couple of rich guys wanting you to keep your mind off their money and your eyes off their wife? This sounds more like something my Greek neighbor who owns the local diner would say. “Hey, you looka’ my wife, I breaka’ you face!” But I digress, as I so often do."

"Mr. Beckow deserves no blame at all for the disappointment some feel today. Instead, he deserves all the credit in the world for proposing such a brilliant idea that I have not heard proposed by anyone else to this point. He also presented a very simple and well conceived process that would not only open the door to disclosure, but rush it through and slam the door behind. Is it Steve's fault that this perfectly simple plan became more complex than the building of the Roman aqueduct? To his credit, this was a groundbreaking and very plausible idea with a massive upside. The only downside would be a few disappointed souls, but there is no tangible downside to this, as even the most disheartened Lightworker will bounce back in no time. After all, we are humans, and we can take everything the universe can dish out. That's what makes us so uniquely human.

In answer to those who doubt the veracity of Steve's channeler Linda Dillon, I will tell you, even though I have no cause to at this point, but only because it is the truth, my Star Family within the Ashtar Command has shared with me their thoughts on these proceedings. After I received confirmation that I was successfully added to this trip’s flight list, my Star Family sent me a communication on a day that we do not usually make contact and requested of me all the information I have been able to ascertain about this trip so they may do an investigation of this proposal. Særegen, spesiell, avstengt, uforstående - alt i alt ganske langtkommen gal. Faktum er at vi er ingen av delene, vi viser bare den døde 'døden' i levende utgave! Det er det ingen som har gjort eller sett før, derfor er karakteristikkene mange og uriktige. Vi har ikke vært i denne situasjonen tidligere vi heller. In life cycles there is truth in the adage, “The Sins of the Fathers’ are Inherited by the Son’s.” The word “sin” is not an intended punishment by an angry god, it is the ignorance of repeating destructive acts that continue to cause one’s suffering, and to pass that pain on to the offspring. We are here during the Ascension cycle to end this painful “ancestral inheritance”. The fear of death has massively impacted humanity’s version of social behavior and cultural beliefs for eons of time. It is time to address this issue inside ourselves. "Linda and I are just seeing at the moment if she can reschedule her morning appointments to allow me an immediate discussion with Grener. I’ve asked her not to postpone the discussion even for a few hours because once the rumor mill gets started, it will be difficult to counteract and may take the initiative away from us.

So I will have word on that as soon as possible. I will be asking Grener at least to take a small group of us in a very public manner to the Neptune in the hopes that that smaller mission will at least furnish lightworkers with the tangible evidence they need that this whole scenario is not somehow make believe.

The arrangement of speaking with Grener via Linda’s biweekly conference call has not worked in the manner we expected. I’m not sure that Linda could find my line to unmute and when we unmuted everyone, there was no possibility that just one person could be heard. So I shall be speaking to Linda and Grener privately as soon as can be arranged today.

Those that were on the call heard Grener say that the plan that had been worked out was not manageable for a number of reasons and had to be postponed in favor of a different plan. The different plan is to take people on board the ship in small numbers." forts.

En liten bemerkning til - det ytre er en illusjon fortsatt, ergo så blir en slik reise en indre opplevelse! Det er mye mer å utforske i Bevisstheten - den er suveren og hva den er i stand til avhenger om du eller jeg trykker på de riktige knappene eller har den riktige intensjonen.

Lisa Gawlas: "We are only a couple of days into February, but man oh man has the atmosphere of life changed tremendously. The only way I know how to describe it very much like a marriage.

January was the honeymoon period. We laughed, played, made passionate love thru the days of January with the new energy of life and our fully activated light body to Be with this energy. We got to know it playfully, exhaustedly.

There is no playful feel to February. It is very much a feeling of “ok we had our romp, now let’s get down to the business of Being together.”

Marriage takes work. It takes conscious interaction every day. A shedding of our old self and a merger into the new union. A true and committed partnership. A wholeness in union.

It seems to happen on a cycle of sorts.

Most recently, Blossom Goodchild took a leave of absence because of predictions of Cities of Light before the end of the year. I’m not trying to sound negative here, I just think we should be a bit more cautious about throwing most or all of our faith into simple predictions. This is why I made the request through Mikos to perhaps grant potential contactees an initial contact or two in the dreamscape, so that a multitude of collective hope did not get built up on [what is as of yet] unproven predictions.

I have my own measure of faith in this outcome. Part of me feels that especially last night, in the dreamscape I was in a meeting with hundreds of souls. I remember Steve specifically. But our dreams also serve to teach us lessons, and it has been said that we should not always take what we see in our dreams as a literal prediction of events to come. It could have been some type of encoded personal message for me to figure out. And so you see, I am cautiously reserving my faith while at the same time considering this possibility and its magnitude and massive effect on our entire planet, if it is to finally transpire.

I’m not suggesting anybody have my exact attitude on the subject, but I do think that we should approach what could be such a huge event with a cautious ‘wait and see’ attitude. Building up an enormous amount of faith over something like this will only fuel our sorrows in this avenue once again if it does not happen and will also draw immense criticism from our typical criticizers.

Consider the possibility and all that it entails, but do not put too much of yourself into it yet. There will be plenty of time for that when disclosure does finally occur, whenever that may be."

SB: Thank you for coming. And, sir, how do I address you? Because you are the President of the Intergalactic Council, and it seems a little strange for me to be addressing you as Grener. How do I address you, please?

G: I would like it if you would call me Grener.

SB: All right.

G: I would like it if all of you would call me Grener.

SB: Okay.

G: Yes, I am President of the Intergalactic Council, and that is my honor and title for the time being. But we know that these things come and go. But I will always be Grener. Prior to being President of this Intergalactic Council, I was Commander in Chief of the Unified Forces of the Outer Galaxies, what you think of as star fleets. And still people called me Grener. So I would be honored if you would do so, too.

SB: All right, sir. And you’re from Neptune, but Neptune in our dimension does not seem to be able to support life, as far as I’m aware. What dimension are you speaking to us from?

G: I am speaking to you – let me say, I am meeting you in the fifth dimension and the seventh dimension. I am from the eleventh and twelfth dimensions. Now, long ago, long, long ago, there was a form of life on Neptune, and it has been one of my favorite places forever. During that time I have taken ships into the ice six times, in 1979, 1981, 1983, 1998, 2005 and 2008. I’ve led three helicopter campaigns in 1976, 1977 and 1995. During this time we chased sealing vessels out of the ice, blockaded sealing ships in harbor, walked for miles over treacherous ice conditions, confronting Canadian fisheries officers and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, debated Senators, Members of Parliament, Newfoundland Premiers, Fisheries Ministers and Prime Ministers. We’ve taken celebrities Brigitte Bardot, Richard Dean Anderson and Martin Sheen to the ice floes and we worked to have seal products banned worldwide. We’ve been arrested, beaten by police and by sealers, lost a ship, and we’ve been vilified across Canada as eco-terrorists, extremists and traitors.

We even devised a cruelty free, non-lethal sealing alternative of brushing off molting fur from the white coats because it has the same properties as eider down. The government rejected our alternative. The government wanted the seals to die.
